Delete your Sunday Set Account

At Sunday Set, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information. If you no longer wish to use Sunday Set, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and associated data by emailing:

hello@sundayset.com.au

Please include:

  • the email address associated with your Sunday Set account; and
  • “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line.

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing your request to help protect your privacy.

Once your request has been processed:

The following information will be permanently deleted:

  • Your account
  • Your profile information
  • Your exercise library
  • Your classes
  • Your class schedules
  • Your notes
  • Your favourites
  • Any other content you have created within Sunday Set

Deleted information cannot be recovered.

How long will it take for an account to be deleted?

We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days.

Active Subscriptions

Deleting your Sunday Set account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, you should cancel it through the platform where you originally subscribed:

Apple App Store

Open:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Cancel your Sunday Set subscription.

Google Play

Open:

Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

Cancel your Sunday Set subscription.

Deleting your account before cancelling your subscription may result in subscription charges continuing until the subscription is cancelled through Apple or Google.
